Ghanaian artist Black Sherif delivered some insight into his style of Music.

During an interview with the popular young interviewer Jazzy, Black Sherif discussed his musical style and artistic expression. He revealed that from a young age, he had a sense of the vastness of the world and preferred not to confine himself to one particular category. This inclination towards versatility is evident in his music, which spans genres such as hip-hop, drill, and highlife, showcasing his diverse talents.

Reflecting on his upbringing, he emphasized his belief in the expansiveness of the world, which inspired him to avoid limiting himself to a single genre. This approach has allowed Black Sherif to explore various musical paths freely, resulting in a rich and diverse body of work that demonstrates his versatility. He said, "From ages 6,7, and 8 I always knew there was a bigger world out there. If I am making music I don't box myself in. I just get into the studio and I stay true to my feelings".

Furthermore, Black Sherif expressed his affinity for using music as a means of self-expression. He said many of his songs delve into his personal experiences and challenges. This aspect adds depth and authenticity to his music, resonating with audiences on a more intimate level.

In addition, the rapper will be taking the stage at Rolling Stone's 2024 Future of Music festival. He will be joining a lineup that includes Teezo Touchdown, Young Miko, Flo Milli, Uncle Waffles, Peso Pluma, and others.
