On the third week of the Big Brother Naija All-Star edition that started on July 23, 2023, the jury faced a decision to evict one of the two housemates with the lowest votes.

Housemates Ike and Frodd were immune from eviction for week three due to Ike being the Head of House and Frodd being pardoned.

Uriel became the 2nd housemate to exit the Big Brother All Stars house. The eviction of a contestant in the third week of the Big Brother Naija reality show was determined by a Jury consisting of three former housemates: Teddy A, Laycon, and Diana. She said, "I wish to offer my sincere apologies to my family for my disgraceful behaviour, as well as to my team, my loved ones, and my fans. I deeply regret my actions and want to express my remorse to Doyin and CeeC, who were also part of the argument. I am truly sorry for the way I conducted myself." 

After the diary session, Biggie also advised her to apologise to her housemates, Ilebaye and Doyin.

Ilebaye and CeeC, alongside Doyin, had been involved in an altercation on Saturday, August 5, 2023, after the party organized by Big Brother for the housemates. The fight had led to the exchange of words between CeeC and Ilebaye before Ilebaye ended up pulling CeeC's hair.

Things seem to be getting more heated in Big Brother Naija All-Stars 2023 reality television show as two housemates, CeeC and Ilebaye, were involved in a physical altercation or fight after the Saturday night party in the house. This fight triggered reactions from Nigerians as well as other housemates of the reality television show on social media. One of the former housemates who reacted to the altercation was Erica, who took to social media to speak about the fight.

Erica expressed that if she had been in the same situation, she would have been disqualified twice. Erica Nlewedim, a Big Brother Naija contestant, was disqualified from the reality show due to her unacceptable behaviour towards her fellow housemate Laycon on the 49th day of the competition. During a heated argument, Erica used derogatory language and even threatened her housemate, which violated the house rules prohibiting abusive behaviour and violence. Consequently, Erica's journey in the Big Brother Naija house ended earlier than expected. Her disqualification created a significant buzz both inside and outside the house and had a lasting impact on the show's dynamics.

One of the housemates, named Frodd, discussed the recent fight that occurred in the house. He talked about it with other contestants, such as Kiddwaya, Seyi, Whitemoney, and Mercy. Frodd shared his opinion that Ilebaye might get disqualified by Biggie on Sunday because of her physical altercation with CeeC at the party the previous night.

Recapping the incident, Frodd stated that Ilebaye had pulled CeeC's hair and pushed Doyin aside while heading to the diary room. He stressed that this was not just a regular strike but an automatic disqualification due to Biggie's prior warning. Frodd explained that Biggie's warning had eliminated any possibility of receiving a mere strike, and Ilebaye's actions would lead to her immediate removal from the Big Brother Naija All Stars house.

Frodd stated that CeeC contributed to Ilebaye's provocation; however, it does not justify the physical altercation that occurred.

Erica, however, added that Ilebaye does not deserve to be disqualified, and as such, no one should expect her to go home.
